Global impact, local commitment

We believe our impact on the communities in which we operate is central to the value we create, and that belief is central to our culture. At all our locations, we give back—creating opportunities, empowering employees, and positively influencing people's lives. That’s real success.

Our initiatives
in action

We believe in doing good while doing business—supporting communities, promoting equity, and driving positive change through hands-on action.

Standing with Ukraine in crisis

When conflict broke out in Ukraine, we immediately relocated over 250 team members to safer areas, covering all expenses and providing crisis-support benefits such as emergency payments, transportation, and electricity reimbursements. Beyond employee support, we actively fundraise for humanitarian aid, including purchasing ambulance cars for emergency medical needs. Our commitment to, and support for, Ukraine remains unshakeable.

Boosting local employment and career development in Uganda

Our expansion into Uganda goes beyond business growth—it’s about creating opportunities. Partnering with Makerere University’s School of Computing and Informatics Technology, we’re tackling graduate unemployment by offering over 300 jobs with clear career paths. Our transparent hiring practices and fair employment give local talent a chance to build meaningful careers, ultimately strengthening the country’s economy.

Responding to Typhoon Odette in the Philippines

When Typhoon Odette struck the Philippines in December 2021, we quickly launched a donation drive, matching every dollar contributed by our Manila staff and expanding the initiative to our global teams and Cebu-based clients. Essential care packages were distributed to employees in need, ensuring they had access to food, water, and other necessities. Helpware’s rapid response reflected a core belief: In crises, standing together makes all the difference.

Donating to a children’s hospital in Mexico

As part of our ongoing commitment to the community in Guadalajara, we partnered with Mi Gran Esperanza in August 2024, to support children undergoing treatment. We delivered essential supplies, toys, and a special surprise—a life-sized dinosaur mascot to spread smiles and joy. The day was filled with hugs and hope. We’re proud to contribute to moments that matter and create a positive impact, one small act at a time.

Supporting a children’s home in Uganda

On March 1st, 2025, our Helpware Uganda team spent a day at a local children’s home, offering both essential donations and hands-on help. We contributed food, clothes, toys, and financial support—but also rolled up our sleeves to assist in constructing a well to improve water access. We know that real change happens when we combine empathy with action.
