Nearshoring accelerated in Guadalajara, Mexico

We add a nearshore delivery center in Guadalajara, enabling us to spread support across three continents and over 25 languages.

Pit stop — February

Leadership shifted into overdrive

Mid-race strategy shift. Robert Nash jumps into the cockpit as CEO, and Nick Mannella joins as CRO. The team fine-tunes our US service delivery from a Kentucky hub, bringing domestic muscle to the international race.

Entered EU market
