Challenge
The client faced challenges managing stock and pricing across over 10 vendors, with varying data formats leading to errors—such as listing out-of-stock items as available. They needed a streamlined solution to manage existing and new vendors more efficiently, reduce errors, and save time.
Solution
We developed a unique parser that automated stock and pricing updates from their drop shipping vendors, significantly reducing manual entry and errors. Additionally, we implemented QA processes to ensure effective vendor management, minimizing mistakes on the site’s front end. A dedicated team was assigned to oversee daily back-office operations, ensuring that stock and pricing information on the Shopify site was accurate. We also improved site UX with faster speeds, better navigation, and clearer product categorization.
