
Goal
Our goal was to design and develop a website for Clover Valley Ranch, incorporating their specific request for a B2B online store exclusively for resellers, enabling them to place bulk orders after completing a registration process.
Execution
We set up WooCommerce, allowing resellers to easily register and place bulk orders while staying connected to real-time inventory. The system managed everything from start to finish, including a reseller registration form for license verification, online checkout, and efficient stock management.

Goal
The client faced difficulties generating leads, as their previous cold email campaigns struggled to bypass spam filters and deliver results. To address this, we created a personalized outreach strategy and set up the necessary infrastructure to support large-scale outreach, all in line with local legal regulations.
Execution
Email Verification
The client initially provided us with a list of leads to verify, after 6 months of outreach, we expanded it to include over 2,000 licensed retailers. We took extra care to verify that every company we targeted had the necessary licenses, ensuring we were only reaching out to legitimate, qualified businesses.
Email and LinkedIn Outreach
We launched both email and LinkedIn outreach campaigns and carried out A/B testing to understand which channel was more effective in reaching licensed cannabis retailers. This allowed us to optimize the outreach approach.
Email Copywriting
We crafted engaging email sequences designed to capture attention from the subject line through to the email body to maximize deliverability and avoid spam filters.
HubSpot CRM Implementation
We set up HubSpot CRM to centralize lead management so the client could track follow-ups and conversion rates in one place.
Dedicated SDR Support
Our dedicated SDRs pre-qualified leads, managed replies and filtered out negative responses so that only positive leads were routed to the client.
Direct Mail Strategy
In addition to digital outreach, we utilized direct mail by sending out a one-pager with the product menu on one side and an interactive game on the other to capture attention. This was paired with weekly email updates on available cannabis strains.

Content Strategy
We created a consistent content plan to keep our audience engaged. Our approach was to keep the tone light and conversational, mixing in some humor and cannabis-specific slang to connect with our followers. The visuals followed brand colors but we made them brighter to grab more attention. We used MidJourney for AI image generation, edited farm photos, and added short videos to showcase the client’s products.

Understanding the client’s vision
We started by analyzing the client’s vision, their positioning in the market, and USP. This helped us shape a clear branding strategy and design direction. We also gathered key references that worked for their brand and presented two design concepts.
Concept 1: Heritage and tradition
This concept emphasizes Clover Valley Ranch’s deep connection to the land and ranching heritage. Inspired by stamp stencils used by ranchers, it symbolizes the brand’s traditions and authenticity.
Concept 2: Playful and vibrant
This concept adopts a cheerful hippie style to engage cannabis enthusiasts. The play on “Clover” as “Cannabis LOVER” targets a young, adventurous crowd, and the use of psychedelic designs creates a fun, carefree vibe aligned with cannabis culture.
