Founded in 2015, Helpware is a company taking a modern approach to the outsourcing industry. Leveraging the power of People and transformative processes that allow both extension and integration. We are changing perceptions of what outsourcing is and can be, and we did that by building truly connected cultures in each of our locations, and by simply treating our employees better. Inspired by the infusion of a start-up mentality and an entrepreneurship drive of ambitious partners Thomas, Andy and Alex dream to improve and empower customer interactions globally.
January 2016
1st Client Project Launch
Establishment of the first of many long-term and fruitful client partnerships with service delivery out of our first center in Kyiv, Ukraine.
May 2016
Delivery Center in Manila, the Philippines
Driven by rapid growth and increasing need for more amazing talent Helpware expands into the Philippines market, a long-term global leader of Business Process Outsourcing geographies.
December 2018
Release of Digital Experience Platform
With the growing need in AI Operations services, Helpware operationalized Taskware — a Microtasking Platform with the first client projects being in the sports analytics space.
May 2019
Nearshore Delivery Center in Guadalajara, Mexico
The establishment of nearshore service delivery in Mexico enabled a “Follow the Sun” operating model where Helpware, driven by people-first culture, was able to offer a significantly reduced number of night shifts across its locations on 3 continents as well as to enlarge a customer support portfolio to 25+ different languages.
February 2020
Leadership Team Expansion and US Service Delivery
With proven industry leaders Robert Nash joining as the CEO and Nick Mannella joining as the CRO, Helpware launches the new phase of our story with a significant focus on enlarging of domestic service delivery out of multiple hub centers in Kentucky, the USA.
September 2020
EU Sales Hub & Delivery Center out of Berlin, Germany
The establishment of a sales hub and a delivery center in Berlin opened the door to the European services market with launches of successful partnerships with industry-leading EU companies.
